Requirements • 5+ years experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure • Expert knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker • Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools • Strong understanding of email infrastructure (SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) • Experience with high-volume, distributed systems • Monitoring and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) Nice to Have • Experience with email service providers • Knowledge of Go, Python, or Ruby • Security certifications • Open source contributions AI/ML Engineer - Predictive Sending Engineering Build ML models to optimize email delivery times, predict engagement, and improve deliverability rates using AI.
Requirements • 3+ years experience in machine learning • Strong background in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch • Experience with real-time ML systems • Understanding of time-series analysis and prediction • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation • Strong statistical and analytical skills Nice to Have • Experience with email marketing or transactional emails • Knowledge of natural language processing • Experience with recommendation systems • Published research or patents in ML ML Engineer - AI Email Optimization Engineering Develop AI systems to automatically optimize email content, subject lines, and sending strategies for maximum engagement.
